Who is responsible

Long Term Spain (longtermspain.com) is responsible for your personal data. Legal name and tax ID: to be added. Contact: hello@longtermspain.com.

What we collect

Enquiry forms: your name, email, phone if you give it, what you are looking for and your message.

Renter profile links: what you choose to put on your profile, including a photo and social links. Your phone and email are only stored if you choose to show them.

Analytics: if you click Allow, Google Analytics measures which pages are visited. If you click No thanks, it does not load.

Saved homes and profile drafts stay on your own device and are not sent to us.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and help you find a home, based on the consent you give in the form.

Renters: only with your consent, we share your details with a partner agency that has suitable homes. That agency then handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Owners and agencies: to contact you about letting a home or working together.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the website and stores renter profiles and photos (servers in the EU, Paris).

Resend sends our emails. Google provides Google Analytics (only with your consent) and our email inbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.

Renter profile links: until you delete them with the button on the profile page, or ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@longtermspain.com.

You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
