Where we rent
Four towns on the western Costa del Sol, 10 to 25 minutes apart.

Estepona
A real Andalusian town with a long beach, a flower-filled old town and newer complexes to the east.

Marbella
The best-known town on the coast. Busy old town, golf valley, beach life and most international schools nearby.

San Pedro de Alcántara
A real town between Marbella and Estepona. Walkable centre, beach boulevard and good value for families.

A white hill village above the coast, with gated golf estates below it. Family flats and townhouses with pools and gyms, not only villas.
How renting with us works

Tell us what you need
Area, bedrooms, budget and move-in date. It takes two minutes.
- 2
See a shortlist
We send homes that fit and set up viewings, in person or by video.
- 3
Sign and move in
A proper home lease, a clear inventory and the keys on the agreed day.
Five things to know before you rent long term in Spain
- 01
Ask for a real home lease
12 months or more (vivienda habitual), so you can register as a resident. A seasonal contract is only for genuinely temporary stays.
- 02
At most 4 months at signing
On a home lease the law allows the first month, a one-month deposit and at most two months of extra guarantee.
- 03
The owner pays the agency fee
On a home lease, Spanish law puts the agency fee on the owner. If an ad asks you to pay one, ask what it is for.
- 04
Check the owner and the price
Ask for the Nota Simple. The same flat is often listed by several agencies, sometimes at different rents.
- 05
Get it in writing before you pay
Rent, deposit, guarantee, who pays which costs and how long the lease runs, all in the contract.
Let your home to a tenant who stays
We find checked, long-term tenants for homes in Estepona, Marbella and San Pedro. You pay one clear fee, only when the lease is signed.
