Living here

Oasis 325 sits on Calle del Reloj, on the hillside above La Resina in Selwo, on the stretch of coast between Estepona and Marbella that agents call the New Golden Mile. Ads list it under Selwo, and the street map puts it in Estepona's Resinera-Voladilla district, so you will see both names. The developer, Kronos Homes, named it after the 325 days of sun Estepona gets each year and describes a raised site with views over the Mediterranean.

The complex is a set of low blocks with deep terraces, laid out around a large central pool. Both phases are finished, and the developer lists the project as fully sold and handed over, so there is no building work inside the complex. Daily life is quiet and car-based. There are no shops inside, and the nearest beach bars and the coastal path at Los Granados Playa are about 2.6 km away on foot, a walk of around 35 minutes.

The developer lists the shared facilities as the central pool, a spa with an indoor pool, a gym and a multipurpose room. Ads for flats here also mention a sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi, a coworking space, 24-hour security and underground parking. Photos from a recent rental ad show the heated indoor pool with its sauna and the gym behind the glass.

The homes and the two phases

The homes are two- and three-bedroom flats. Ground floors open onto private gardens and penthouses have roof solariums. Floor-to-ceiling glass and wide terraces are the main feature of the design. Sale material for the complex lists a garage space and a storage room with each home.

People searching for "Oasis 325 phase 2" often find two sizes for the complex: 88 homes and 215 homes. Both are right. They count different things.

  • Phase 1: 127 homes in six blocks, designed by the A-cero studio and built by Sacyr under a contract signed in 2019. The land registry (Catastro) dates these blocks to 2020.
  • Phase 2: 88 homes in four more blocks on the north side, designed by Tau 2000 to follow the original layout and gardens. Catastro dates them to 2024, and they sit on their own registry plot.
  • Total: about 215 homes. A September 2024 report on the developer's handovers counted 212 homes delivered in Estepona, so expect small differences between sources.

If you are offered a flat in phase 2, ask which pools, spa rooms and gym the flat's community can use, and whether any of them have separate rules or opening times.

Long-term rents

The asking rents we have seen in October 2026 for Oasis 325: €2,500 a month for a furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor flat with a private garden, given as 144 m² in the ad. That is a single home, so read it as a guide, not a market average. We have seen few long-term ads for this complex, so when a flat fits your brief, view it quickly.

Good to know before you rent

  • Holiday lets inside. Some flats are registered tourist lets with an Andalusian registration number and are booked by the night. A family on a long lease may have holiday guests next door, most of all in summer.
  • Spa hours. One holiday-let ad says parts of the spa open in the winter months only. Ask for the current timetable for the indoor pool, sauna and gym, and whether tenants can use them on the same terms as owners.
  • Parking and storage. Check that the garage space and the storage room are part of the lease and named in the contract.
  • Coworking room. If you work from home, ask whether the coworking room is open to tenants and whether it needs booking.
  • Ground floors. A garden gives children space to play, but check the shutters, the fence and gate, and how much winter sun the garden gets. Upper floors of nearby blocks can see into some gardens.
  • Land next door. Catastro still lists an unbuilt urban plot beside the complex. We found no announced project for it, but ask the owner or the managing agent whether works are planned.
  • Who pays what. Ask whether the rent includes community fees, and how water, electricity and internet are paid.

Getting around

You will need a car. Typical drive times from the complex:

  • Mercadona and Lidl at the Cancelada exit of the A-7: about 12 minutes
  • Hospiten Estepona, a private hospital with 24-hour adult and children's emergencies: about 8 minutes
  • Hospital Costa del Sol in Marbella, the public hospital for births and A&E: about 30 minutes
  • Atlas American School: about 8 minutes. Mayfair International Academy: about 14. The International School Estepona: about 16
  • Beach and coastal path at Los Granados Playa: about 8 minutes
  • Estepona old town: about 18 minutes. Puerto Banús: about 20. Málaga airport: about 70

At peak times the Cancelada roundabout, the main way to the big supermarkets and towards Marbella, can queue back to the A-7. Residents filed a complaint about it with the town hall in September 2026.

Who it suits

Oasis 325 suits a family or a couple who want a finished, quiet complex with a heated indoor pool and a gym, and who are happy to drive everywhere. It works well for people who work from home and want a coworking room downstairs, and for families with children at the Atlas American School or at the British schools to the east. It suits less well anyone who wants to walk to shops, cafés or the beach, or who wants a building with no holiday guests.

Why people like it

  • Finished complex: both phases delivered, no building work inside
  • Heated indoor pool, spa, gym and coworking room on site
  • Quiet raised site with sea views
  • Private hospital and the Atlas American School under 10 minutes by car
  • Homes sold with a garage space and a storage room

Good to know

  • You need a car for almost everything
  • Some flats are holiday lets
  • About 30 minutes to the public hospital for births and A&E
  • Queues at the Cancelada roundabout at peak times
  • An unbuilt plot next door could be developed

Questions people ask

Can you rent at Oasis 325 in Estepona long term?

Yes. Some owners let their flats on long leases, and in October 2026 we saw a furnished three-bedroom garden flat asking €2,500 a month. Long-term ads here are few, so be ready to view quickly. Ask whether the garage space, storage room and community fees are included.

What is Oasis 325 phase 2?

Phase 2 is the second stage of the complex: 88 homes in four blocks on the north side, designed by Tau 2000 and dated 2024 by the land registry. Phase 1 is the original 127 homes in six blocks, dated 2020. Both are finished. Ask which shared facilities your flat's community can use.

How many homes are in Oasis 325?

About 215 in total: 127 in phase 1 and 88 in phase 2. Sources that say 88 are describing phase 2 only. A 2024 report on the developer's handovers counted 212, so small differences between sources are normal.

Is Oasis 325 in Selwo or La Resina?

Both names are used. Ads usually list it under Selwo, and the street map places it in Estepona's Resinera-Voladilla (La Resina) district, on the New Golden Mile between Estepona and Marbella. The address is Calle del Reloj.

Are there Airbnb and holiday lets in Oasis 325?

Yes. Some flats are registered tourist lets with an Andalusian registration number and are booked by the night. If you rent long term, ask the owner whether neighbouring flats are holiday lets, especially for a summer move.

What do Oasis 325 reviews say?

Most reviews you find online for Oasis 325 are holiday guests rating a short stay, which says little about living here for a year. For a long stay, check the spa and gym timetable, parking, the coworking room and who your neighbours are before you sign.
